Why I'm Running
The health and economic crises brought on by COVID-19 exposed many of the issues families have been up against for decades. As we rebuild a new normal, we can't settle for the status quo that once was. The global pandemic has shown us how fragile economic stability can be for so many, and we need to think bigger about the solutions needed to build the healthy communities we all want. That's why I am running for Assembly in the 38th District.
Once elected, I will work to bolster funding for quality public education, support living wage jobs and expand access to good jobs, increase mental health support, expand housing people can afford, work to guarantee quality healthcare for everyone, and move forward real solutions to homelessness.
And I’ll do that while taking on big corporations and special interests, who for far too long have dictated policy in Sacramento. It's time to root out this corruption, and make sure the people are the only priority of our elected leaders, not political insiders. I will ensure the people’s priorities are finally heard in Sacramento.
I hope you'll join us on this journey.
